Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with all Justin Reed security tags attached.

Return Process

• 1.
  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and select the 'Request Return' option next to your order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
